Below are some of are common questions about orders.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@bypiggybank.com just in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your mailbox before contacting us if the order confirmation has been hijacked.

You will receive a tracking number following your order. You can then go to the Order Tracking page to view the progress of your order.

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to make the change. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the address.

There is only a short period of time between the time you place your order and the time we begin processing. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via contact@bypiggybank.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Otherwise, we will ship your order and you will be able to cancel once the order is received at your home. You will then have to fill in the withdrawal form that you will find in Annex 2 of our General Terms of Sale.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping times vary but are typically 7–14 business days after the order has been processed. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@bypiggybank.com. with your order number and we’ll send instructions.

Payment Informations

Below are some common questions about payments.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships. All transactions are encrypted; we do not store your card details.

We aim to process refunds within 7 days of returning an item. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. That said, please allow up to ten business days after returning the item to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
